How well can I express my opinion or feeling in English? If in Korean, I would talk about everything in detail all day and night long.
When it comes to speaking in English, it is quite different. It is no more than thirty percent that I can express my opinion or feeling in English confidently and deeply. I was not in mute state, though. but 30% is far from the level of satisfaction. Just like a famous Korean song lyric, actually my laughing is not a genuine laughing at all! 
Even if you don't say the rest 70%, I could totally understand you. ^^
